Parents and other caretakers are the hub around which a student's public education experience turns. They provide their students with encouragement, accountability, guidance, and so much more. Parents need to know that their child is safe and thriving when they head off to school each day.

• ensuring that school facilities are safe, welcoming, and that they meet the needs of our diverse student body.

• keeping communication open and honest.

• inviting feedback and opportunities to contribute to the district's vision for the future. 

• taking seriously concerns of parents, while also understanding that the district serves hundreds of families with a variety of needs.
